Juerg
P. Hofer – Founder and Managing Partner
Over 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of capital goods,
general management and executive search in Switzerland, USA, Latin America
and Eastern Europe. His industrial knowledge includes semiconductors,
test systems, fixed and mobile communications. Today he is the owner of
Coreteam Ltd. Juerg Hofer is an electrical engineer with additional management
studies (MBA Boston College and Zurich University). He feels comfortable
in a dynamic and quickly changing environment and maintains a broad contact
network in business and politics. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich
His career stations were with LTX corporation, ITT/Alcatel and Nokia.
Dr. Jung looks back on over 20 years of experience in the area of consumer and luxury goods sales and marketing and led the development of brands as well as operations in Switzerland, Germany and Asia. He also has pertinent experience in the airline industry and established and ran corresponding companies. Albert Jung studied at Shaftsbury, Zurich and St.Gallen Universities and earned a PhD in and business and international trading law. He gained his experience among others with trading companies, designer labels and various small and medium sized companies
Lene Andersen is a business economist from Denmark who also earned a management diploma from the Business- and Management School Berne. Various further education courses in change management, project management and moderation complement her academic background. Ms.Andersen was a system consultant, project manager and then managing a business division of an IBM Business Partner. As project manager and business consultant with Softlab, she gained hands-on experience on the sales front. Lene Andersen’s last appointment at an executive search firm was that of a search consultant.
Mr. Frenzel has 19 years of experience in sales of capital goods and services in the IT sector up to a senior level. He has successfully built up, managed and restructured firms in Switzerland and Germany, and today he is manager and owner of Power Sales Ltd. (www.power-sales.ch). William Frenzel is an electrician by profession, a marketing planner and has an MBA. He gained his experiences amongst others in Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics.
For over 15 years in the IT sector with a BBA of Kaderschule Zurich and an MBA from the University of Dallas, TX. Several years in management of IT service providers and IT hardware manufacturers, last as a member of the management board of a Zurich business consultancy. Mr. Zueger is specialized in the areas of service definition and project management.
